I beleive the general concern, and at least mine, is the inability of DL.com to recognize 012 vouchers. I tried it both with the 10 digits and with the 012 prefix and both return "The information entered for Certificate number below is not valid." I am not able to look up the vouchers by Skymiles number as these are service recovery ECVs issued in the name of NWA PAX.
