Here's what I believe to be true: whatever counted towards the 75K "50K Bonus" now will count towards the new tier. That's essentially how it was explained.

btw, lest someone thinks I'm "giving away the store" I would not be sharing this publicly if the words "I'd like to officially announce..." weren't used in rolling this out. Hope I'm not giving away any true secrets, and someone from AS please tell me to be quiet if I am .
