Thanks Dave for the update. Can you clarify the baggage fees issue: the way it's worded, I'm not sure if other airlines refers to other airlines besides DL and AA, or other airlines as in all other airlines including DL and AA (i.e. outlook is that no one will waive baggage fees for MVPG).
