Have to say I completely agree. Hopefully cabin crew will think carefully and wisely before choosing which way to vote. Its clear from friends and colleagues I spoke to who were going to be affected by the Christmas strike that the sympathy was with management and not the unions/cabin crew.

The vast majority of us work in non-unionised businesses and have to live with the consequences of this changing world and its impact on the businesses we work for and its about time that happened in the unionised businesses!
