For those(which i am sure is many of us) who took up the Entertainment Bonus Points Offer back in Nov, how would you recommend i best chase up my missing points? I gave a quick call to Clubcard CS today, they could only see the standard points having being added to my acc, when infact there were some(not all) bonus points that had been added, which they could not see. They advised that is takes there system 24hrs to be able to view full details of points posted to an acc. Should i be chasing Clubcard CS, or do you think Entertainment, or has this happened to others and should i wait another day or 2 before taking it any further?

Thanks for that. I bought 50 items, 2 of which didn't turn up and I got a refund on. The points I got nearly but not quiet add up to what I'm expecting. I've tried all different permutations of the 3 orders I've placed and think I will be making a call before the weeks out! I will give it another day or two, but it is a bit of a poor show for supposedly a premier retailer to have this sort of problem. I'm sure they will blame each other....
