My experience with the new crew in the "restaurant" is even worse than before, they have no clue about serving or paying attention. No menues on the table, empty ice bucket again, serving espresso with the little tray and no milk in the can ....
What a difference to the trained crews in the MUC and FRA FCL's!
This is a shame for the second best airport in the world.
The other joke is the guide to bring you down to the special security channel normally reserved for staff. Why can't they give us a badge or a token which we just show to the screeners and which gets collected once or twice a day.
This avoids begging for somebody just to take you down in the elevator.
Oh, and the carpets gets worse every day
