BA won't die the government will bail them out

However it could be reformed, that would allow BA2 to drop the unions cut the pay for CC and strip out a lot of extra staff, that will force the quality of product down, making the customers go to other carriers. Beardy will publicly say he tried to buy BA and the government would not let him (Concorde again!!). Unite need to look at the longer whole term picture and make sure there menmers are fully aware of what could happen.
