most small claims rules make it clear you waive amounts over....at least those I have looked at....
or for those outside the US, file in your local courts BUT make sure you serve AA in accordance with the Hague Convention...could cost you more than 1200....if your country of location is a signatory to the same....just the fees to fight forum and governing law could cost AA a pretty penny....get some nice judge and you could be golden....
