What I was referring to was the AA/Car dealers attempt to refuse obligation of a contract for those of us who fly waaaaay to much, its easy to start harping on "people should have known the price of the F ticket". So its good do think outside the box, and think about "should someone have known the price of a used Chrysler?

The differences between the two cases are myriad, and I don't mean to imply they are carbon copies. The article is just another related data point.
