Next time on AA, please ask to speak to an Aadvantage supervisor. It is AA policy to treat our award passengers just the same as our paying passengers. I'm sorry someone made a mistake but a supervisor would have straightened it out. As in all things you get more with honey....I'm not a supervisor, just a lowly exec desk employee, but I have a lot of friends who are supervisors and I know that if someone comes on the phone with attitude well you can guess what they get back, however we will still protect you on the next flight.
