Quite so. They cost the same (just checked some fares) and the main difference as far as I'm concerned is that I can't use the LCY service for sleeping because it doesn't have any extra legroom seats.

If they wanted to make the LCY pax feel extra special, they could give the access to the JFK CCR, in keeping with their flight numbers: it's rather unremarkable if you ask me and it wouldn't make up for not having Arrivals Lounge access at the London end.
