Slightly OT, but I recently flew EWR-YQB with fewer than 10 people in the 50-seat Embraer.

I did my OLCI 12 hours before my flight and noticed the entire exit row was available, so, naturally, I grabbed a seat there.

When the small handful of us boarded...the f/a announced that exit row seats were still available but no one opted to take one...

We're a long way from the olden days of CO transcons packed to the rafters...
