I never received the pre-Christmas points voucher that was sent out for some reason. Phoned Tesco CS yesterday and had the points credited back onto my account to be sent in the FEB mailing straight away.
CS advised that I should have the DVD & CD points added by the end of this week, and that if they are not posted by then to phone them to ensure that they are included in the FEB mailing.
This will be my highest collection to date from Tesco's - £45 of vouchers.
