I wouldn't say this is a bad property, if you go in with the proper expectations. It's marginal. There is no lounge, the rooms and suites are all the same size. So it just depends on what floor you're on. If you need a stay credit this is a hotel to use for just that purpose. As indicated earlier in this thread I've always been upgraded.

When in early September will you be there. Comicon and gay pride take place around Labor day and the hotels downtown are packed.
