Wuhoo, Your detailed report is perfect for my forthcoming stay in a couple of weeks. The bit about the laundry is good news for me because Chiang Mai is in the middle of my vacation and now that I know I can get my laundry done there cheaply I don't have to bring as many clothes.

A couple of questions:
1. You indicate that breakfast is continental but that it also features eggs. So I assume you meant buffet?

2. You mentioned that the breakfast restaurant was packed and yet the lounge was empty. Why the discrepancy?
