No, these flights are pure LH. So LH all in all. Nothing to do with QR.
There are flights from TXL, MUc and FRA and the flight number has to be QR + 3 digits. You can collect star milles only for Germany-Doha segments. QR does not recognise Star Status and you are NOT entitled to go to the Business lounge flying M with your *G card
