I believe you guys have misunderstood the OPs question. The concern is what "type" of meal (i.e. Dinner, Breakfast, Brunch, etc) will be served and not about swapping meals nor when to eat (although the word 'schedule' on the title might have thrown someone off). If the OP wants scrambled eggs with sausages for his meals, then it will obviously be difficult if the menu lists Dinner & Lunch as the two. But in the case of the OP, I think there should be some type of Breakfast meal as one of the two for this flight even with the night departure/night arrival.
