Yet another gate agent in Charlotte who boards First Class first, and then after everyone in FC is all on board, then Zone 1 is boarded- gate C15 at about 7:30am. Yes, it's a minor irritant in the big scheme of life, but (1) US policy clearly is that FC boards as part of Zone 1, (2) boarding the plane (and thus the trip of 120 or so people) took a little longer due to the gate agent's making up her own rules and (3) inconsistency in how policy is applied is a constant issue with US Airways.

Will US EVER just send out a systemwide reminder to all gate agents that boarding is by zone, not by cabin?
