I find it fascinating that there has been no official communication from DL about the impending web site shut down, nor any indication on nwa.com itself. Or did I miss it buried in a marketing email? They should have announced this weeks ago with a FAQ to let pax know what will happen to reservations previously booked on nwa.com, what capabilities might not be immediately available on delta.com, plans to upgrade delta.com, etc. If they are really shutting the web site down at the end of the month they are careening toward a massive CS cluster f***.
