I am moving to the UK next month. I will be looking for work there and would like to get a monthly contract mobile plan (month to month contract) so I can use the Blackberry e-mail (on my unlocked blackberry) and also benefit for better rates than pay as you go.

I know that UK is tricky when getting contracts like they require a utility bill or something. I do have a UK bank account but do not yet have a permanent address etc. (I had the bank account left over when I was a student in the UK years ago)

What is the easiest way to get to a mobile plan and are there carriers that are easier than others when signing up?
