Found a really nice guy at the front desk who worked with Hyatt before the Ivy opened in '07, so he knew all about Diamonds and such.

1. All guests currently get line passes to the nightclub, he didn't see that changing.

2. Details of suite upgrades were still being worked out.

3. Reservations should be available on the Hyatt Website before 2-1 ( right now it shows on Hyatt.com as "hotel not accepting reservations") - the www.ivyhotel.com site is where you can make reservations now.

4. Club Envy is not a separate operation from the hotel - when I asked if points would be awarded for nightclub charges, he said he'd make that recommendation, but it was up to management.
