Interesting facts, onedog!

Personally, I could understand special circumstances where a separate line could be set up for ticketed FC pax and then Elites, where paid ticket holders could get extra priority over even Elites in coach.

Not necessarily in accordance with onedog's written proposal, but I try to be the understanding type when check in is a zoo that slows down the paid bigshot folks.

Still, given the written policy I think you could be compensated in some fashion were you of a mind to complain to customer service.
