I believe you are right, onedog. The Biz line should be for Biz pax and Plat/Gold (both, right?) members. ExPlat should be in 1st with the 1st travelers.

I think you got a misinformed/misunderstanding agent, sdix, and I'm sorry I wasn't around to straighten him out for you!
