Was the guy at the 1st class line implying that you should NOT be in the 1st class line and should be in the business class line? I thought as EXP (as well as just us plane old PLAT) that you were allowed to use the 1st class line, even if there is a separate business class line. I thought that at airports where there are separate 1st and bus lines, that EXP and PLT could use the 1st line, but GLD had to use the bus line? At airport where there is not a separate 1st and bus lines (such as at SJC), then GLD was allowed to use the 1st line?
