Just a few examples of the many times the SkyClub agents have been able to get me to where I needed to be where other agents told me it was impossible. With the merger, there have been issues with NW & DL systems and flights between the two carrier. With that, the agents in the lounge know who to call for a quick resolution. They are able to put in the time and effort to help more than all airport agents.

If I only use the agents once a year to help with an IRROPS situation, I have more than recovered my annual membership cost. Getting me to where I need to be is more valuable than the other club amenities.

I couldn't agree more...this is the only reason I purchased a lifetime membership...legacy club staffing from both sides is excellent....I've never not received good service in all of my years from any WC/CRC (with the exception of the WC/PC in ORD....what a w***h! but that was only 1 lady)
