I just had a horrible experience with sky-tours.com / skytours.org.
The booking of my trip worked out just fine, but sky-tours.com failed to inform me about a change in the flight schedule by the airline, which made me miss the connecting flight and I ended up having to pay myself for a more expensive connecting flight at the airport.
Even before the flight I tried to contact sky-tours.com to change the flight details, but I never got a reply. The small text on their website "do not offer phone assistance" should have alerted me to the fact that something was wrong.
If anyone has any ideas of who to complaint about such a disreputable site?
The airline? IATA? EU Consumer Center?
Glad that you have gone through the booking. I always looking for good price flight to asia on skytours but the very good ones however are not bookable, that the bookable ones are not cheap. If you use checkmytrip.com and online check-in then I think you will be able to see flight change. So what route you were flying on?
