In the good old days when American got their first batch of 747's they were also used on the JFK-SJU route. For about a year or so the back of the plane was a "Piano Lounge" with an actual electric piano.

First Class had the upper deck as their lounge.

One year on a Hawaii Flight the plane was reconfigured with all coach seating downstairs and first class (maybe four rows)upstairs.
