Onedog, I believe the Terminal 4 shot is taken aboard a departing aircraft. The north complex scenery is slightly blurry, consistent with the camera being on a moving platform. Nice shot though!

Like Dranz said, the -SP is the right size. I think "SP" meant "special performance" which was acheived by shortening the fuselage to increase range.
