I was a silver card holder last year and just before the end of the year I had 1250 Tier points. I will be living a portion of the year in Holland (reside in South Africa) and repeatedly updated my address online, but this was not captured in BAEC system, with the result that I was not given gold status (with only 800 TP required for Holland) and my points were reset to zero.

Any advise as to how to rectify this?
