Plug in the cities to Kayak.com and deselect US/Canadian cities in the Layover Airport filter.

There don't appear to be many options. For a random set of dates this summer:

SJO-MEX-AMS-HKG-CDG-MEX on Mexicana, KLM, AF

SJO-BOG(or CCS)-CDG-HKG-CDG-MEX-SJO on LACSA (or Avianca)-AF-Mexicana
