I agree - we are quite happy with the service and information we get, when we call to speak to a Marriott Vacation Advisor. We work with them when redeeming travel packages. While we do have an advisor assigned to us, they all work as a team and we are helped by whoever answers the call.
A tip: you can book the 5 day hotel certificate even if you know you are staying just 3 or 4 days, for example. Book it and then just let them know when you arrive. It happens sometimes that we just can't stay the 5 days, but we want to use the certificate before it expires.
