I've had DSC agents...

-Get me home instead of spending the night on the floor in ATL due to weather delays and sold out hotel rooms.
-Get me to my destination with creative connections after an IRROPs that would have caused me to miss a surprise birthday party that I was hosting.
-Get me out of LGA before an incoming snowstorm. The agent kept checking the full flight and was able to SDC me into a seat when a seat opened up. I was on the last flight out that day.
-Get me home for Thanksgiving Dinner.

Just a few examples of the many times the SkyClub agents have been able to get me to where I needed to be where other agents told me it was impossible. With the merger, there have been issues with NW & DL systems and flights between the two carrier. With that, the agents in the lounge know who to call for a quick resolution. They are able to put in the time and effort to help more than all airport agents.

If I only use the agents once a year to help with an IRROPS situation, I have more than recovered my annual membership cost. Getting me to where I need to be is more valuable than the other club amenities.
