That was the case at Xmas, with the associated hour+ wait on the phones to try to get through, whilst you could see availability disappear in Expert Flyer!

The most worrying thing about the proposed action, is that before the previous one, everyone was saying that it was unlikely that it would ever get to the point where the action would be taken. People seem far less willing to state this this time after seeing how the other one went.

I guess this time, as customers, we have the boost of the court hearing on the 1st of Feb that may well have an impact on proceedings, the fact they are balloting ahead of this date suggests to me that BASSA are not confident of victory and will be going ahead with their action regardless.
