The kerbside to aircraft door service you get in BKK with TG F is unrivalled anywhere except perhaps for the FCT in FRA, it is just a shame that TG dropped the limo service at BKK. BA fall somewhat short of TG to put it mildly.
My massage was very gentle......I chickened out and only had the arm and neck massage.
I wouldn't expect BA to follow the TG kerbside arrival but I would expect them to at least make the F check-in experience a touch more exclusive. Walking up to the check-in with a trolley full of luggage and being met by gabbing agents who struggle to acknowledge your presence until you're inches away from them is downright rude.
It was no different from a economy check-in experience to be honest.
