The flights to DXB via DOH are less than half the price compared to a nonstop flight with LH or EK and I waste less than 4 extra hours traveltime per leg so this is reasonable. The technical stopover is in Saudi Arabia, any idea, why they are doing one? I guess if I have a LH boarding pass with LH flight numer on it, I can easily send it to EuroBonus for retro-registration of the points.
