To summarize: ($ could also mean the number of seats that the airline is willing to sell you)

Y=$$$$$$$$
B=$$$$$$$
H=$$$$$$
K=$$$$$ (Can use miles to upgrade)
L=$$$$
M=$$$
V=$$ (Yes - mileage accrual)
S=$ (No - mileage accrual)
