These flights are on LH metal. Note they have a technical stopover, I think in Bahrain. QR is just the marketing carrier, hence the QR flight number with 4 digits. Ask your programme regarding points accrual. You could accrue either on QR or on LH, but not sure about others. Flight numbers are:
QR4628 = LH620
QR4629 = LH621
