My guess is you may have difficulty on Friday. I have difficulty this evening (Thursday) and I'm Platinum...heading back to DCA from DFW. A lot of people must be heading to DC for the 4th. 14 first class seats gone....even the earlier flights have no openings in first. Only the last flight out (gets in after midnight) has first openings. Looks like I'll have to endure coach!
