IAD-NRT-BKK (all on UA) layover in BKK for 8 hours
BKK-SIN (on Thai) layover in SIN for 10 hours
SIN-ICN (on SQ)
Will UA interline my bags to Thai? or do I need to get my bags after passport control and check them on Thai?
I understand that if I leave passport control to check my bags, I will need to pay the airport tax (BKK)?
I have an on-going trip from SIN to ICN (on SQ), will Thai interline to SQ?
So my dilemma is, if UA won't interline my bags to Thai and Thai won't interline my bags to SQ, I will have to get my bags (leave passport control) in BKK and SIN to take to the respective airlines.
Anyone...please help?
In theory, yes. However, your itinerary looks 'less than direct' to ICN and you might have trouble checking in at IAD ! Is this all on 1 ticket?
