You all are doing these to get more FFN / Next Big Thing nights? Any other reason? You don't actually stay at the hotel, just check in and leave? Is there any way to not actually show up? i.e. check in online?
Stays also help with requalification (qualification) for Diamond status - especially right now with 2x stay credits. Some of us do stay the night - some don't.
There is no way to safely do this without showing up since this would be considered "Phantom Stays" which is against Hyatt's T&Cs - this includes checking in online and/or 800-check-in.
