If SK FFP does not recognise QR as a partner, then no matter what *A flight number it has.. you won't get FFP points for it.

So even if LH is a partner on SK's FFP but QR isn't, and the flight while booked on a QR flight number but is flown on LH , might not earn miles cos the ticket in theory is a QR ticket.
