I think it is 235K for a Marriott timeshare owner to order a Cat 1-5 hotel (5 nights)+120K FF miles travel package award. I'm not an owner, but I think I saw that number listed somewhere.

The "break" a timeshare owner gets is that they can purchase a 5 night TP award rather than the 7 night award everyone else has to order which would cost 270K Marriott points.
