Probably converted the objective to some degree, if not eliminated quietly. Some of the properties in the area that were to be dual- or triple-purpose type of properties in Puerto Madero have been modified to single-purpose or changed hands over or under the table; others have been tabled entirely or had schedules majorly delayed.

There's a plot of land down the street from the Hilton that is slated to be the St. Regis Buenos Aires. I wouldn't expect it up anytime very soon, but the sign for it is there on the construction site.
