Very true. I did find it very strange (and upsetting) that there wasn't a general comments field at the end.
Does bring up an important question - do they even want it to be a better site? Perhaps they gave up a long time ago and are just spending the money the budget keeps giving them
Are any of our resident AA staff able to poke web people like they can the others they have been?
