It doesn't matter, because the cheap First Class tickets don't allow lounge access. Not sure if you can buy access separately (some of the train companies do this) but it is so distinctly average that I wouldn't pay to use it.
There may be showers somewhere in the main station - they are not totally unknown in London stations.
