Scary stuff is going on with delta.com versus nwa.com. For my post February 1 reservations, I can see the seats I desired & selected for myself & traveling companion in my nwa.com reservations, but on delta.com the seats listed for us are entirely different. I suspect it'll be like this for lots of other people (including you guys reading this).
When I called the former NWA elite number, I got a Delta agent in Cincinnati who took about 30 minutes to do what would've taken a Chisholm agent 3 minutes and in the end, told me I was in the Delta-site specified seats. Oh how I wish I could've been routed to a genuinely helpful Chisholm agent.
Dear Delta I.T. lurkers: We realize supporting two systems & two sites isn't ideal, but
DO NOT TURN OFF NWA.COM until you fix these $#@$@#$ frustrating integration issues. (I'd make this text blinky and 300 point font if I could).
