This is a very general question, but based on my limited experience, the G3 intra-Brazil flight experience is about the same as JJ or RG (which has merged into G3). G3 flies mostly 738s while JJ flies mostly A320s. As to what benefits they offer, you might be better served by going to the appropriate board here on FT, or to the airline's website.
