I was booking flights for my children and grandchildren between Washington D.C. and San Diego. I was impressed with the flights offered. There were no black out dates, etc. etc. I thought the on-line program was great. It was only when I hit the final "submit" button that the problems began. Also - things were much better with the travel service than with the Wells Fargo employees, but unfortunately, you have to go through the Wells Fargo folks to get to the travel folks, and you may have to go back to the Wells Fargo folks if the travel folks can't solve the problem. In other words - a major problem for Wells is that stuff falls "in the crack" between them and the companies they outsource to. (By the way - after I wrote my first comment - I received a call from the fraud protection service, another outsourced group, asking why I had so many travel charges on my account!!!)

Joseph - what aspects of the Schwab card make it preferable?
