by the way, it does sometimes happen that delta's GIDS will not show the upgrade list. it's happened to me a couple of times, where after 4-5 cycles of the "infant in arms," "please help us with our full flight," and "on the cleared list...it's that easy!" - all in both english and spanish - i finally gave up and took my coach seats. i can't recall now whether the GIDS said whether F was checked in full.
