If you speak a non exec number your profile still comes up on the screen, however you will be told, "I'm sorry but this number is restricted to Exec Plat calls and because of staffing we can't handle your call, I will transfer you to the "gold" "platinum" "aadvantage" desk and here is the 800 number for your future use. If as a gold you call the platinum number it's not a big deal or if a plat calls the gold same thing,but the Exec Plat number is unlisted and there is a reason for it.

I haven't phoned the Gold or Platinum number lately, but the Executive number (from what I can tell) is the only one where you have to enter your AAdvantage number before you get routed to the rep. It would be interesting to know what happens if you 'speak' a non-Exec number.
